About Dr Arun
Dr Ahrooran Sivakumar BCh BAO MRCSEd PGDip (Aes), known to patients as Dr Arun, is Clinical Director and co-founder of A Aesthetics. He has been a doctor for more than ten years and worked in trauma and orthopaedic surgery in the NHS before moving into aesthetic medicine.
Under his joint leadership, the clinic was named Best Clinic Ireland & Northern Ireland at the Aesthetics Awards 2025 and Aesthetic Clinic of the Year, Scotland & Northern Ireland, at the Aesthetic Medicine Awards 2025. His own work was commended for Best Injectable Result at the Aesthetics Awards 2025.
