Most people come to us knowing what is bothering them, not which treatment they need. So start with your concern. Each guide explains what may be behind it and the treatments that may help, so you arrive at your consultation feeling informed.

Skin concerns
Breakouts, marks left behind, redness, uneven tone or skin that is showing its age. Choose what you are noticing to see what may be behind it and what may help.
Lines, volume and lifting
Lines that have settled in, cheeks or lips that have lost fullness, or skin that feels less firm than it used to. Every plan is agreed after a face-to-face consultation.
Body and hair
Areas of fat that do not shift with diet and exercise, or hair that is thinning or shedding more than it used to.
Women’s health
Dryness, discomfort or changes in tone that can follow childbirth, ageing or the menopause. Discreet guides and a private consultation when you are ready.

Excessive sweating, teeth grinding and neck tension. These start with a medical consultation, so we can understand what is behind them.

How do I choose the right treatment for my concern?
Start by reading the guide for your concern, then book a complimentary consultation. We will assess your skin and health, talk through your goals and explain the options that may suit you, including realistic results and any risks. You can also take our skin quiz as a starting point.
Is the consultation complimentary?
Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary, with no obligation to book. It is a chance to ask questions, understand your options and decide in your own time. Prescription treatments are only ever prescribed after a face-to-face consultation with a doctor or nurse prescriber.
Who are your treatments suitable for?
Our treatments are for adults aged 18 and over. Suitability also depends on your health, medications and goals, which we check carefully at your consultation. Not every treatment is right for everyone, and we will always be honest if something is not suitable for you.
Can I be seen at either clinic?
Yes. We see patients at both of our clinics: 6–8 Dunmore Street, Coleraine, and 50 Victoria Gate, Derry/Londonderry. Choose the clinic that suits you when you request a callback, or call us on 028 7051 2101.
