Movement in the muscles underneath is what causes frown lines, forehead lines and crow’s feet. These are assessed at a face-to-face medical consultation, where your practitioner will explain the options suitable for you.
Lines from thinning, dehydrated skin
Skin boosters such as NCTF are designed to restore hydration, while polynucleotides (PhilArt) are designed to support repair and collagen, including around the eyes. Both suit fine, crepey lines and usually involve a course of 2 to 3 sessions.
Lines with texture and sun damage
Secret PRO combines RF microneedling and a fractional CO2 laser to resurface deeper lines and rough texture, with a few days of recovery. Laser Genesis is a gentle laser with little to no downtime that can help refine fine lines, pores and redness over a course.

Which treatment is best for my wrinkles?
It depends on the cause. Lines that appear when you frown or smile are assessed at a medical consultation, while fine, crepey lines from dehydration or collagen loss suit skin boosters or polynucleotides. Deeper lines with rough texture often benefit from Secret PRO or Laser Genesis. We will recommend the right option at your consultation.
Can I combine treatments?
Yes, and many people benefit from this approach. For example, a skin booster can be planned alongside a laser treatment to improve overall skin quality. We plan the order and timing so each treatment works well with the next.
Which option has the least downtime?
Laser Genesis usually has no downtime. Skin boosters and polynucleotides usually involve minimal downtime, with small marks or mild swelling for a day or so. Secret PRO needs a few days of recovery while your skin heals.
When will I see results?
Skin boosters, polynucleotides, Secret PRO and Laser Genesis work by improving your skin over time, so results build gradually across your course and the weeks that follow.
How long do results last?
It depends on the treatment and varies from person to person. Many patients keep their results with occasional maintenance sessions. Good skincare and sun protection help too.
Is anyone unsuitable for wrinkle treatments?
Most treatments are not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or where there is active infection in the area, and some medical conditions and medicines need extra care. Your practitioner will review your medical history face to face before any treatment.
