EMFEMME 360 by BTL is a discreet, non-surgical treatment for women’s intimate wellness. It uses radiofrequency to gently warm intimate tissue and is designed to support blood flow and the body’s natural collagen renewal, which may help improve tone, comfort and hydration over time. There is no surgery, no anaesthetic and usually no downtime.

Most women find it comfortable. You will feel a gentle, controlled warmth rather than pain, and no anaesthetic is needed.
Is there any downtime?
Usually none. You can return to work and your normal routine straight after your appointment. We will give you simple aftercare advice before you leave.
Who will carry out my treatment?
Your consultation and treatment are carried out privately by a member of our medical team, in a discreet clinical room at our Coleraine or Derry/Londonderry clinic.
How many sessions will I need?
This depends on your concerns and is agreed with you privately at your consultation. EMFEMME 360 is usually delivered as a short course, and some women choose occasional maintenance sessions afterwards.
When will I notice a difference?
Changes develop gradually in the weeks after treatment as circulation improves and the tissue renews itself. Results vary from person to person.
Is there anyone who should not have EMFEMME 360?
It is not suitable during pregnancy, or for women with a pacemaker or metal or electronic implants in the treatment area. We also check for infections and other health conditions and review your full medical history before any treatment.
Can I combine it with other treatments?
Yes. Some women combine EMFEMME 360 with EMSCULPT NEO or lymphatic therapies as part of a wider wellbeing plan. We will advise what makes sense for you.
