What happens at your consultation
Your consultation is complimentary and carried out face to face by a member of our medical team. It is the start of every treatment with us, whether you already know what you want or would like guidance. You can also explore our treatments or browse by concern beforehand.

Send the form or call us. Our team will contact you to arrange a time that suits you at Coleraine or Derry/Londonderry.
2. Listen and assess
We talk through what you would like to change, your medical history and any medications, and look closely at your skin.
3. Your options, explained
We explain suitable treatments, realistic results, risks and aftercare, and tell you honestly if a treatment is not right for you.
4. Time to decide
There is no pressure to book. Take your plan home, ask any questions, and go ahead only when you feel ready.

Is the consultation free?
Yes. Your first consultation is complimentary and there is no obligation to go ahead with any treatment.
Who will I see?
You will see a member of our qualified medical team, led by Dr Ahrooran Sivakumar and Nurse Prescriber Duvessa. Prescription treatments are only ever prescribed after a face-to-face consultation with a doctor or nurse prescriber.
Can I have treatment on the same day?
Sometimes, if the treatment is suitable and you feel ready. For some treatments, we recommend time to think things over, or a patch test or preparation first. We will always explain this at your consultation, and you are never under pressure to book.
What should I bring?
