A Aesthetics Skin Concierge Membership – Terms & Conditions

• 1. Membership & Payments
  
  1.1 Membership fees are collected monthly in advance via Stripe subscription.
  1.2 The standard membership is offered on a rolling monthly basis, with a minimum of one full month’s subscription payment required before cancellation.
  1.3 Members may cancel at any time by providing a minimum of 30 days’ written notice.
  1.4 Fees are non-refundable once collected, including in the event of non-use of benefits.
  1.5 Any outstanding fees must be settled before cancellation is confirmed.
  
• 2. Benefits & Usage
  2.1 Member benefits (including pricing, upgrades, and offers) are exclusive to active members and are non-transferable.
  2.2 Complimentary Botox upgrade applies only to standard 3-area anti-wrinkle treatments and is subject to medical suitability.
  2.3 Membership benefits are only valid at A Aesthetics clinics in Coleraine and Derry/Londonderry.
  2.4 Perks such as welcome gifts, birthday rewards, and extended offers are discretionary and may be varied, substituted, or withdrawn without prior notice.
  2.5 Benefits cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
  
• 3. Booking & Priority Access
  3.1 Priority booking applies to available appointment times and does not guarantee same-day or next-day treatment.
  3.2 All appointments remain subject to the clinic’s standard booking and cancellation policy.
  3.3 Missed or late-cancelled appointments may result in loss of that month’s included benefit.
  
• 4. Changes & Termination
  4.1 A Aesthetics reserves the right to make reasonable changes to membership pricing and/or benefits. Members will be given no less than 30 days’ written notice of any material change.
  4.2 Membership may be suspended or terminated by A Aesthetics if fees are unpaid, benefits are misused, or the member behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate by the clinic.
  4.3 A Aesthetics may withdraw the membership programme entirely by providing members with no less than 30 days’ written notice.
  
• 5. Liability & Suitability
  5.1 All treatments remain subject to a full medical consultation and suitability assessment by an appropriately qualified practitioner. Membership does not guarantee access to any procedure.
  5.2 A Aesthetics shall not be liable for unused benefits or for any loss resulting from the member’s inability to attend appointments.
  5.3 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes any statutory rights to which the member is entitled under UK consumer law.
